Add a manually filled deadline date on helpdesk tickets.
|
|
|
|
This module extends the ``helpdesk_mgmt`` module by adding a "Deadline"
|
|
concept to tickets. It provides:
|
|
|
|
* A ``date_deadline`` Date field on helpdesk tickets, tracked in the chatter.
|
|
* A computed ``deadline_overdue`` flag (deadline strictly before today).
|
|
* Backend views integration:
|
|
|
|
* Form view: deadline displayed right after the priority field.
|
|
* Kanban view: deadline displayed on the card, with a red decoration when
|
|
the ticket is overdue.
|
|
* List view: optional deadline column after the assigned user.
|
|
* Search view: filter by deadline, "Overdue" and "Due Today" filters, and a
|
|
"Deadline" grouping.
|
|
|
|
The field is intentionally **manual**: it is not computed from priorities,
|
|
teams or calendars. Computed service commitments are the responsibility of
|
|
the ``helpdesk_mgmt_sla`` module.

Installation
|
|
============
|
|
|
|
Use Odoo normal module installation procedure to install
|
|
``helpdesk_ticket_deadline``.
|
|
|
|
This module depends on ``helpdesk_mgmt`` which must be available.
|
|
|
|
Known issues / Roadmap
|
|
======================
|
|
|
|
* No scheduled reminder is created when a deadline is reached; only the
|
|
chatter tracking and the kanban/list overdue indicator exist. A reminder
|
|
could be added in a later version.
